Colorful and lightweight, semi-stiff plastic raffia fringe made of strips of plastic raffia/straw sewn on a polyester tape. Can be cut into smaller strips using regular scissors. This fringe has colors of red, blue, and yellow. The way the colors are arranged are random and cannot be controlled.
NOTE: The fringe may fray when the ends are cut. Use a very sharp scissors and test a small portion first before cutting the entire material.
For best application, hand-sewing or use of sewing machine is recommended. It can be glued using E6000 or any glue.
